Visitors are obliged to dress in a manner befitting a place of this nature. Clothing should be modest and respectful. Do not wear clothing with offensive or political messages.
The maximum size for any bag, backpack, or handbag brought into the Museum is 35x25x15 cm. Larger items must be left in the paid luggage storage near the entrance.
Taking pictures for private use is allowed in most areas, but without flash or tripods. Photography is strictly forbidden in certain interiors, such as Block 4 (with the victims' hair) and the basements of Block 11.
Eating, smoking, using mobile phones for calls, and behaving in a loud or disruptive manner are forbidden on the grounds. Visitors under the influence of alcohol will be denied entry.
